So redeeming your Haute Cash was today and I realized that I had a good amount of haute cash to spend but what does Torrid do...they attach the Haute Cash to the receipt of an online order...ATTACHED TO THE RETURN LABEL RECEIPT! Which makes no sense!

So if I decide to return it, I’m SOL. Why not put the cards you would usually get in the store? That would be too smart huh? Then when you call customer service they are no help.

Why not have it in accounts online, or send through email or ANY other LOGICAL way but to attach it, in the same style, font and paper, on the receipt? So now because I threw away the other packages with the cash on there, because I didn’t know, I’m out of haute cash...thank you Torrid UGH!
