I placed my order on 11/27, still hasn't shipped, I called CS on 12/4, I was told it would ship in the next 24 hours. It's now 12/7 and nada.
I can sympathize with the fire situation in CA, but at least keep customers notified. I haven't had this issue with them before, and again, I can understand it may have been very overwhelming on Black Friday/Cyber Monday, but the right thing to do is reach out to customers and keep them in the loop of SOMETHING.
I just need an ETA of at least when my order will ship, that's all. Thanks, and hope they stay safe!
