Torrid - NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!
Save yourself and NEVER order from here. WORST customer service experience and undisclosed shipping delays.
Here is the message I sent to Torrid via Facebook (of course no response yet): Hello. Iโm really disappointed to say that Iโm having a terrible experience with Torridโs online experience. Safe to say I will never shop here again. I placed an order on 11/24 and it still has not shipped.
Iโve called every single day since 11/28 to check on the status of my order and every single person Iโve spoken to has said it will ship within 24 hours. Iโm leaving for a trip on 11/12 and now have no clothing for my trip. The real problem here is I paid with a gift card so even if I go to another store to buy clothes, I will need to return my Torrid order when it decides to arrive. I will receive my refund in the form of a gift card since thatโs how I paid.
I absolutely do not want a gift card to Torrid because I will NEVER shop here again. I will leave a review on every single public forum available to warn everyone about your terrible customer experience and complete disorganization. Every single time Iโve called, Iโve been lied to. I just spent 2 hours on the phone and spoke to a supervisor named Sherleen who told me I could receive my refund in the form of a check instead of a gift card.
Since Iโve been lied to every single time Iโve called, I pushed for her to send me this in writing and she put me on hold and came back and said actually since I purchased the gift card through Amazon I wouldnโt be able to receive a check. Itโs amazing that there is zero expertise and consistency in your management team. Itโs now 12/06 and my order is still sitting in a warehouse. Only 2 of your customer service agents have actually apologized for the shipping delay and been somewhat professional.
Everyone else has had a โnot my problemโ attitude. Iโve had to wait on hold for a minimum of 30-45 each time Iโve called. Iโve been told false information each time Iโve called. Iโve been given zero solutions each time Iโve called.
Iโve actually had to suggest solutions to your customer service agents only to be shot down every single time. I was offered a $10 certificate and refused it because again, I will never shop here ever again. Iโm not looking for a hand out or free items. I simple WANT MY ORDER!!!!!
I just want what I ordered OR my money back in cash or to my credit card.
I do not want a gift card. I would do anything at this point to just get my money back or my order on time.
