Torrid - Cannot ship to work address without making THREE WAY CALL with bank.

I have been a Torrid customer for years. I have always shipped to my work.
Recently I tried to place an order, and was given an error message. When I contacted Customer Care they let me know that I would have to get on a THREE WAY CALL with Torrid and my bank to let them know that I authorized this purchase. I'd have to do this for EVERY purchase moving forward. I do not know of any other ecommerce company that does this.
It's absolute insanity.
They wouldn't budge on it. So you know what, Torrid, I'll buy my dress elsewhere..
